I know thin crust and the provel cheese is the in thing here in the lou, but I am so not a fan of it at all.
With that being said, my friend and I would stop here all the time on our way back to Potosi from school at JeffCo. The first time we stopped here, I was a little taken back since I am not an Imo's girl, but was impressed.
The best thing about this place is that it is a buffet and then offer thin and not thin pizza but even better then that is their wings. Now I am a wings and beer kind of girl and I have to say that these were pretty damn good. That my friends is why I kept going back. If you are ever in Hillsboro, check them out! -

This location is the closest to me. That's all that can really be said about it. The food is good for the most part. The toasted ravioli is sometimes a little soggy. The main problem is that the employees are extremely rude. You're treated like a nuisance for walking into the restaurant.

We just ordered delivery from the Hillsboro location. We placed an order for Provel bites, toasted ravs and a small pizza. It took an hour and a half to get our food and when we got it our pizza and appetizers were lukewarm at best. I don't recommend ordering from this location unless you are picking it up or dining in.

This review is from my 3 children. They will take over from here.
This pizza is AWESOME! I have never had better pizza than this. I love the bacon pizza with full bacon strips. All of the other pizza places I've been to have had bacon crumbles -

Please, please, please, do not judge all Imos by the Hillsboro location. Not sure how the franchising works, but have a feeling if the Imos knew what this one in Hillsboro was like there'd be hell to pay. Pizza here is awful. Sandwiches here are awful. And it's obvious that this establishment is only still here because of the corners that are cut and popularity of the brand
